Troxler takes the wheel as agriculture commissioner

Steve Troxler of Guilford County was sworn in as the North Carolina Commissioner of Agriculture on Feb 7. Troxler holds a 1974 bachelor's degree in conservation from N.C. State University. After the swearing-in ceremonies at the N.C. State Fairgrounds, Troxler (in a Cooperative Extension hat) and his wife, Sharon, traveled by tractor to his new office on Edenton Street.
