CALS Major: Human Biology

CHASS Major:Spanish

I am a Human Biology and Spanish double major hoping to attend medical school post graduation.  Some of my favorite courses during my career at NC State have been the Jefferson Classes as well as Literature and Culture of Spain, Medicine in Literature, and an Emergency Medical Technician-Basic Class. In addition to my coursework I’m involved in the University Scholars Program, the CALS honors program, volunteer at the Wake County Open Door Clinic and am the president of the Spanish Club at NC State. When not in class, attending meetings, or volunteering, I enjoy reading a variety of novels, essays and blogs, running, rock climbing, watching TV and, when I feel really ambition, even manage to get 7+ hours of sleep.
