Animal Contact Risk Assessment Table


The following table provides documents which discuss zoonotic diseases and other important information pertaining to working with or around vertebrate animals. As you will see, one of the major protective barriers in preventing a zoonotic infection is personal hygiene. Your professor or supervisor is responsible for providing instructions on such topics as personal hygiene, safe work practices and personal protective equipment.
