48.   This year, the ResNet fee was increased by $10 to $90. Five dollars of the increase was requested by ResNet and ComTech in order to maintain the network infrastructure in its current state. The other $5 was suggested by IRC (Inter Residence Council) to be used for upgrades and enhancements of the network. How would you most like this money to be spent?
